Numerous simple web pages were built as part of the Discovery's search for new program sponsorship, each being distributed along side a direct marketing campaign to hundreds of media planners.
The Mucky Mondays promotion page featured a competition form, where after the user had submitted the form to the database query was made to check whether the competition code submitted, matched those used in the direct marketing campaign. While the Real Men promotion page featured a multiple-choice competition and the Animal Planet promotion page was accompanied by a HTML email sent through campaign monitor.
